International sufi conference at Punjabi varsity from Nov 5

The second International sufi conference, being organised by the Indian Council of Historical Research and Baba Farid Centre for Sufi Studies, will begin from November 5 at Punjabi University here.

“About 30 scholars from India, Pakistan and Iran will present their research papers on the theme ‘Sufism and Punjabi Culture’,” Jaspal Singh, Vice Chancellor of the University said here today.
