ਮੁੱਖ ਮੋੜਨ ਵਾਲੀਏ


ਰੋਂਦਿਆਂ ਰੋਂਦਿਆਂ ਅੱਥਰੂ ਪੂੰਝੇ, ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਮੈਂ
ਮਨ ਸਮਝਾ ਕੇ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਤੁਰਿਆ, ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਘੁੱਟ ਨਾ ਪੀਤਾ ਮੈਂ
ਤੱਕਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸੂਰਤ ਤੇਰੀ, ਦੂਰਬੀਨ ਨਿੱਤ ਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ
ਨਿਗਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਰਖ ਮੇਰੀ, ਏਸੇ ਲਈ ਸੁਰਮਾ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ
ਤੇਰੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ ਰਹੂਗੀ ਸਦਾ, ਇਹ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਕਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਮੈਂ
ਦਿਲ ਤੋੜਣ ਵਾਲੀਏ, ਰੋਏ ... ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਯਾਦ ਨੀ
ਸੁਣ ਛੱਡਣ ਵਾਲੀਏ, ਆਉਂਦੀ ... ਕੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਯਾਦ ਨੀ ?

rondeyaan rondeyaan athroo poonjhe, dil nu raaji kita main
mann samjhaa ke nikkal turya, paani da ghutt na peeta main
takkan de layi soorat teri, door-been nitt launda haan
niga rahe sada surkh meri, ese layi surma paunda haan
teri talaash rahoogi sada, eh ehsaas kraunda main
dil todan waaliye, roye.. tainu kar ke yaad ni
sun chaddan waaliye , aundi... ki meri yaad ni?
