yeah Amrinder and the other day i was shocked to read in Punjabi Tribune that Our CM Prakash S Badal said youth should not run after govt. jobs... somebody should ask him .. where are private jobs in Punjab.. youth frm punjab go elsewhere to get good jobs..

I agree with you Rishi on the way ppl get admissions and clear exams.. also i do agree on the reasons why some of the guys start taking drugs..

i just want to add a few more things... i hope nobody will get offended..

we know ppl get passed by bribing whoever in the educational system... but all are not like that. i believe the guys who clear exams by cheating are not really career oriented..sometimes they just don't need a job.. they get a degree for matrimonial purpose only.. on the other hand, there are hard working students who work hard in a hope of getting a gud job and supporting their family. For example there are some examples of kids of Rickshaw pullers who clear IAS exams. they are some lucky ones but what about the rest? they come from a humble background and some can't afford to leave Punjab and get job elsewhere...

And talking about the system.. we all know the educational system in India is a mess.. we all have done degrees but tell me how many used that knowledge agined in degree at work.. this system was useful many decades ago but now a days companies just hire ppl based on their aptitude and train them to get their work done (for freshers)..

this system needs to be changed frequently according to the current industry scenario

are external to an individual ....... if a person let the circumstances take over his own personal resolution and his own will power takes d back seat only thn thy r engulfed in this nvr ending cycle of drug addiction
