Pehlan tan mein eh dasna chahoongi ki eh adarsh schoolakhir hai ke...

jina ku meinu pata lagya hai.. punjab sarkar panchayatan de zameen pricate companian nu de ke kuch school chalauna chaoundi hai... so called Adarsh School... iss vich jameen ve sarkar devegi te kuch arthik madad(support) ve sarkar he karegi.. meinu aje is arthik madad de percentage da tan pata nahi lagya...

par sochan de gall eh hai ki eh paisa sarkari schoolan te la ke ohna da sudhar kyon nahi kita ja sakda?

Bhavein tusi koi school nahi chalaounde.. par tuhanu sab nu ikanumann tan hona he hai ki ikk school kholan te kina ku kharach aounda hai?

par ehna adarsh schoolan lai punjab sarkaar jameen to ilava 3.75 crore rupee (ikk school lai) de rahi hai private companian nu..pehlan eh keemat 2.5 crore se te kal-parson ik meeting de vich is rakam vich wadha kita gaya..

koi puchan wala hove ki kisana de aam insan de khoon pasene de kamai enj kyon roli ja rahi hai? tax wada ke punjab de lokan nu adarsh school nahi chahede....

mera sawal eh hai ki je jameen ve sarkar ne deni hai, building v sarkar ne banaounian han, school centre de grant te chalne han tan fer punjab sarkar 3.75 crore har school lai ehna private companies nu kyon de rahi hai??

According to a meeting held on 7th Jan 2010:

1.) An amount of 3.75 crore, raised from 2.5 crore will be granted for each school

2.) If the scheme fails, the land alloted by Panchayats to the private companies will remain with the private companies, panchayats will loose all rights over this land.

3.) If the scheme fails, the schools build up by govt aid will be administered at will by the private companies. only the fee to be set by State education board.

4.) Govt will bear 70% of running cost of these schools.

Initally the bidding companies

5.)  were requires an anual turnover of 12.5 crore which was relaxed to mere 5 cr.

6.) require 10 yr experience in the field of education(running schools) which was later relaxed to 5 yrs.

7.) were required to be running 10 schools and now just 2 will do.

Can someone tell me why Punjab need these schools?? ... just because some party gave this stupid idea in its election agenda and now they want to prove they care by burdening ppl with more taxes...

moreover, if they really want some adarsh schools, why the hell do they need private companies ajadon ki almost saare kharche sarkar kar rahi hai including the running costs..

its ridiculous!

SHAME ON GOVT OF PUNJAB!

Aaftab g sat sri akal... so gal kariye adarsh schools ki hai? tan as my parents are Govt Teacher main ohna ton suneya hai k Adarsh schools pindan wich kholey jaan ge and provide all modern facility that a city private school provides. jiven k apan jaandey han k pind wich har varg de lok vasde ne Labour, Middle class and Zimidar.

I dont know if u have any idea that what is the fees of the normal govt school in Villages it varies from just Rs 2-5 and u will be surprise to know that kuch lok eh v nahi afford kar sakdey te es badley govt ohna nu Pretty Good quality of education provide kardi hai, Mid day meel provide kardi hai and lot more. jo k ek Gareeb aadmi layi bahut achi gal hai and at the same time jo middle class te upper class warg hai ohna de bachey city de kise model ja convent school ch parhde han te ohna nu pind ton bahr eni door jana penda hai te eni jada fees bharni pendi hai around Rs 1000 - 2000 te Adarsh schools are for those parents which can afford fees like Rs 200-300 somethingh.

So mere kehn da eh matlab hai k after running such govt schools and govt is running in debts Punjab govt is providing much good quality of education for the poor section and now they are trying to provide modern facility schools in villages by collaborating private companies but schools te haq Govt da hi hovega te imp decisions like Fees will be decided by govt only. Govt will pay these private companies te mainu nahi lagda k j kar pind cho thori ji jameen adarsh schools layi use hundi hai tan koi mari gal hai after all govt will pay for it, te pind de bachey hi parhange and if we see positive side of this bachey pind wich reh k hi quality education le sakdey ne even shehr de bachey v ehna schools ch parh sakdey ne te jo private schools najayiz fees lendi hai oh v bach sakdi hai.

U wll be surprise to know that in NCR region Nursery student fees of good Modern private schools is Rs 1 Lakh !!! just read on Internet so if we compare tan apan Adarsh school govt da ek acha kadam soch sakdey han baki govt da tan kise nu nahi pata hunda k Paise khandi hai ja welfare layi laundi hai (Mithey Pochey).  

Oh my god!! Ehi haal hai sarkara da jis thali ch khande ne ose ch shed karde ne..

Aaftab ji if we see figures tan normal govt schools nu chala k government is under debts tusi aap soche land cost, Electricity te teachers di pay sab kithon aunda ??? tan v govt education layi enough kar rahi hai we cant blame that govy doing nothingh. jo lok afford kar sakdey han atleat they can get Modern private school education in nominal charges. when control is under govt fee structure decided will be under govt fer kis gal da darr hai. eh nahi k govt normal schools layi kuch nahi kar rahi its doing more than enough computer labs v ban rahiyan ne hun ehna schools ch agey jithey Normal letter aundi c  from PSEB hun mail aundi hai but agar es ton jada expect karde han tan thoda jada tan pay karna pena hai tan jo kar sakdey han oh karange atleast it will be less than charged by today modern private schools ... motive behind giving charge to private companies is to maintain the infrastructure and all facilities.
